Job Description:
Keep files and records updated and easily accessible
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
Use office equipment like photocopiers and printers, and handle word processing and spreadsheet tasks
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including issuing invoices, checks, and updating employee leave records
Assist with office management and organizational procedures
Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirement:
· Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
· Knowledgeable with MS Office
