My client is a well established local multidisciplinary consulting firm in Singapore.

Location : Central Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of civil and structural engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, mixed-use developments, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.
• Oversee technical project delivery, including design calculations, specifications, and ensuring compliance with local standards (Eurocodes, Singapore Codes of Practice).
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers and drafters, ensuring design integrity and quality control.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for structural components.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the integration of innovative and sustainable engineering practices.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for necessary approvals, ensuring designs are aligned with statutory requirements.
• Attend meetings with relevant parties to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a PEB recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant design experience in Singapore.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, SAP2000).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore design codes and local authority submission procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• With experiences in HDB projects.
