Registered with the Ministry of Education in 2002, Arise Preschool has 18 years of heritage. Solely owned by the Church of Singapore (Bt Timah), a Management Committee oversees the operations of the preschool.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum according to the school’s curriculum framework
- Prepare lesson plans with objectives and learning outcomes that will engage children and to meet varying needs and learning styles of children
- Responsible for implementing and execution of classroom and outdoor activities and ensuring a safe, conducive learning environment for the children
- Foster trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents, by being a positive role model
- Active participation and sharing of ideas, suggestions, learning, concerns and challenges during meetings
- Participate in event management as well as marketing and sales activities.
- Provide coverage duties for staff on leave and other adhoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a relevant Education Certificate / Diploma / Degree or higher
- Creative and inspiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
- Passionate about working with children
- Candidates with relevant experience has an advantage
- Able to commence work soon is preferred
- Fresh graduate are welcome too
