An EPC Solar PV System Integrator providing technologies solutions in Engineering, Design, Procurement, Construction, Testing and Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance of Solar Energy Systems from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive new business revenues from potential prospects including direct clients and tenders.
- Support Senior Manager to build, execute and drive business development strategies to improve BD efficiency and conversion rate;
- Articulate compelling economics analysis to close the deals
- Nurture and grow relationships with potential leads and clients;
- Lead initiatives and develop strategies to grow business through new activities, campaigns, and proposals;
- Customer centric to drive value-added initiatives that address client needs and retain clients in the long-run;
- Work closely with the engineers to provide proposals to the clients within the deadlines
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder, Engineering background will be preferred.
- Relevant working experience in business development, sales or marketing in the construction industry would be a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome, guidance will be provided
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; a persuasive and passionate communicator
- Possess good people management & influencing skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to forge collaborative working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
