Job Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events.
• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries to expand the company's business reach.
• Ensure adherence to Singapore laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in all work activities.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment, addressing hiring needs with urgency while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in SAP HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, SuccessFactors) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
