• Provide timely delivery to all customers Islandwide
• Check and ensure loaded goods are of the correct types according to DO or Invoice
• Ensure that goods are delivered in good condition without delay or damage
• Ensure customer sign with their company’s stamp on our DO when receiving our goods
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads
• Adhere to the statutory and company’s safety policies, procedures and regulations
• Assisting in adhoc jobs assigned (mainly warehousing /packaging) when not scheduled to do deliveries or any other duties assigned from time to time
• Able to do rotating shift and work on Public Holidays

• Ensure compliances of company policies, operation standards and safety practices for smooth daily operation
• Schedule and ensure service standard for all housekeeping staffs
• Report to Operation Manager to identify operational issues, highlight and propose and implement projects/suggestions for improvement of the operations at site
• To implement and review the operation SOP for site
• Able to commit rotating shift and work for long hour including Public Holidays

3. Kitchen management: Chefs manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. They also oversee inventory, order supplies, and ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
4. Quality control: Chefs ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet their high standards for taste, appearance, and nutritional value.
5. Food safety: Chefs must follow food safety guidelines and ensure that all food is prepared and stored safely to prevent foodborne illness.
6. Budgeting: Chefs must work within budget constraints, balancing the cost of ingredients and labor with the need to produce high-quality dishes.
7. Customer service: Chefs often interact with customers to answer questions, take orders, and ensure that they are satisfied with their dining experience.
8. Need to work on PH / OT/ willing to work long hrs and night shift.
