What you'll be doing

• Effectively manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Develop and refine study protocols to meet research objectives
• Create statistical analysis plans, perform data analysis, and interpret results
• Ensure study compliance with ethical standards and local regulations
• Supervise quantitative and qualitative analyses to maintain accuracy and reliability
• Prepare scientific manuscripts and disseminate study findings to relevant audiences
• Draft proposals to secure new research grants and funding opportunities
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, including systematic reviews, to inform research
• Mentor junior staff to support their professional growth and development
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and partners to facilitate research activities

What we're looking for

• PH.D. in Public Health or Health Services Research
• 1 - 3 years in Clinical/ Public Health/ Health Services research, preferably with track record of leadership
• Proficient in use of standard statistical or qualitative software e.g. STATA, SPSS, NVivo
• Experience in driving a cohesive research team and cross teaming environment
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
