Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused After Sales Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing technical support, repairs, and routine servicing for water heaters. The technician will ensure high-quality after-sales services to maintain customer satisfaction, troubleshoot and fix issues, and ensure the efficient operation of water heating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Servicing: Perform maintenance and repair of water heaters, including instant and storage heaters.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose faults and perform repairs on faulty water heaters, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally, and keeping them informed throughout the service process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records, including service requests, actions taken, and equipment replaced.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, local regulations, and company policies during installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on water heater maintenance and safe operation practices, offering advice on extending the lifespan of their equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a stock of necessary parts and tools, ensuring availability of common replacement components for efficient servicing.
