Job Description:
1. Assists in tender preparation, analysis and evaluation.
2. Prepares tender bid for Management’s approval.
3. Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients.
4. Liaison with client’s & subcontractors’ quantity surveyors.
5. Provide necessary documentations for preparation of final accounts with the client / subcontractors / suppliers / service providers.
6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or engineering related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Words, Excels.
3. Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
