Part-Time Front Desk Assistant

About the Role
As the first point of contact at Joyous Learning, you’ll create a welcoming and organised environment for parents and students while supporting the smooth operation of our centre.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

• Respond to enquiries via email, phone, and messaging apps.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and policies.
• Address concerns or issues professionally and promptly.

Administrative Support:

• Help teachers with administrative tasks, including preparing course materials and managing records.
• Update student attendance and communicate important updates to parents.

Student and Parent Interaction:

• Welcome and usher students to classrooms while maintaining order in the waiting area.
• Create a safe, friendly, and conducive environment for students and their families.

Centre Operations:

• Handle front desk duties, such as managing appointments and walk-in enquiries.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the centre’s operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
• Some experience in customer service or administration (education sector experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with email and messaging apps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, approachable personality with a passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised.

Requirements:
