As a Recruiter for Asset & Wealth Management (AWM)you are responsible for the end to end recruitment efforts across our APAC AWM business. In this role you will focus on supporting all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for APAC AWM, including competitive intelligence, market mapping, succession planning and confidential project work.

Job responsibilities

• End to end, full lifecycle recruitment, from direct approaches, applicant management through to completion

• Ownership of a client group or multiple client groups within AWM

• Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and manage the end to end recruitment process

• Demonstrate expert level of understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations

• Act as Client Relations Manager (CRM) to key business group heads and provide them with required recruiting updates, strategy and metrics as required

• Ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment process, share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidates

• Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunity

• Advise and conduct compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers

• Establish a rapport and partner with the appropriate stake holders for candidate development and offers

• Uphold the firm's focus on diversity

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Minimum 12 Years of working experience in private banks or executive search firms, with at least 5 years of Private Banking Recruitment Experience

• Minimum of bachelors degree or equivalent

• Must have good market knowledge of private banking, particularly the front office space.

• Experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced corporate environment or retained firm focused on financial service

• Strong project management experience with ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering the highest level of client service

• Exceptional judgement and problem-solving skills

• Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels

• Innovative, creative and results oriented

• A good team player, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

This role is responsible for cultivating a junior talent ecosystem and developing strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

As a Corporate Functions Recruiter in the Early Careers team, you are responsible for building a strong pipeline of diverse [intern] talent across the Corporate Functions across the APAC region. You will help recruit strong talent which will be considered for our pipeline of full-time, entry level roles within the organization. Serving as the subject matter expert in the field of junior recruitment, you will be responsible to drive and lead the way we attract, select and develop talent across the region.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process end-to-end and formulate an effective recruiting strategy through partnerships with business stakeholders and the broader Early Careers team

• Responsible for driving candidate engagement and pipelines for summer internship and full-time hiring efforts for Corporate Functions

• Partner, build and own key relationships with business leaders, cross regional teams, program management and other stakeholders to provide visibility on recruiting strategies and collaborate on engagement plans

• Partner internally with other areas of the organization – including Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Brand to create a consistent and engaging candidate experience that promotes the firm as an employer of choice

• Develop, own, lead and execute any specific Corporate function Early Careers initiatives, location based or diversity activity as required

• Build and maintain relationships with universities and external stakeholders and lead the design and delivery of an effective events plan for any in-person and/or virtual activity

• Partner closely with the Early Careers Operations team to facilitate a seamless candidate and business experience in line with all appropriate recruiting risk and controls

• Actively manage all candidates through the pipeline in a timely manner including candidate progression, candidate review, Superday management, offer communications etc.

• Plan and deliver the summer internship program end-to-end; including support and mentorship for interns, performance development and conversion to the full-time analyst program

• Utilize data and reporting to identify improvements to existing processes, provide key metrics to stakeholders with a focus on return and outcomes and actively manage and track budgets

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of Early Careers recruiting experience is required

• Ability to work in a team in addition to working independently

• Strong organizational, planning, time-management skills and the ability to multi-task

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Project management experience: demonstrated capability to lead and manage projects

• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders

• Effective influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships

• Proven attention to detail with excellent communication skills: verbally and written

• Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment

• Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
