- Provide high-standard services to private wine collectors.
- Prepare paper works: wine storage agreement, sales invoice and internal documents. Up keep of inventories.
- Maintain and update administrative filing
- Handle email and phone inquiries
- Assist in wine tasting event
- A friendly personality with good interaction skills
- Knowledge of wine is an advantage
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, 3 year relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate with suitable characters will be considered
- Integrity, responsibility and carefulness are essential characters
- Helpful, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and self starter
- Good command of written and oral English and Chinese
- 5-days work, 10:00am – 7:00pm (Mon to Fri)
