Job Descriptions

• Lead project team and facilitate their ability to complete the project on time.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of projects and on-site works.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of work progress.
• Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out as per schedule and in good quality.
• In charge of the planning, assessment and implementation of the whole project safety system and ISO system.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and consultants, clarify requirement, plan, monitor and control the project, including carrying out implementation of the project.
• Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation and attend daily site meetings
• Identify and resolve site issues effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience with at least 10 years project management experience at local projects.
• Strong technical abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• With Good project management skills and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in LTA project

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee financial reports and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry, including trial balance, in house expenditure chart.
• Handle Account Payable & Receivable and ensure timely payment & collections.
• Handle GST filing, liaise with corporate tax agents, and other statutory financial obligations.
• Liaise and maintain banking credit lines with bankers e.g. Banking Facilities and Performance Bonds.
• Manage and maintain office insurance, site office insurance, and company motor vehicles.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure all statutory reporting requirements are met.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
• Familiar with construction project management software (Workbench).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender submission.
• Preparation of tender quotations including quantity taking-off and check materials/equipment costing from suppliers.
• Competent to interpret the specification, tender documents and drawings.
• Analysing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control.
• Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
• Prepare Pre and Post Bid Tender clarification with consultants.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Oversee and be overall responsible for works carried out by supervisors assigned under his/her care.
• Generate incident reports.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the construction or Mechanical related fields is required for this position.
