Job Overview:

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Kebabs Faktory outlets in Singapore. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong operational background in multi-outlet fast food industry, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee and streamline operational processes across all eight outlets to ensure quality, efficiency and consistency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Team Management:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of outlet supervisors, kitchen staff, and frontline employees.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Quality Control:

• Ensure the consistent quality of food, service, and cleanliness in all outlets.
• Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures to maintain brand integrity.
• Maintain a 4.5 min customer reviews across all leading digital platforms like Google, Social sites and Delivery aggregators like Grab, Deliveroo & Quandoo.

Financial Management:

• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Monitor key financial metrics and implement strategies for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics to minimize wastage and maintain optimal stock levels.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Uphold brand standards and work towards achieving and maintaining industry certifications.

Customer Experience:

• Lead by example. Make customer experience the key driver and differentiator.
• Continuously assess and enhance the customer experience through feedback analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Positive Attitude | Proven experience in a senior operational role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry | Strong leadership and team management skills | Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities | Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance | think outside the box | challenges the status quo

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or relevant advanced degree. Experience in the expansion and scaling of restaurant operations. Familiarity with technology solutions for restaurant management.Passion for the food and beverage industry and staying updated on industry trends.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Assistant will provide support to the Accountant in managing the financial operations of the FnB company. This includes assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Accounts Assistant will work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.

2. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

3. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records on a regular basis.

4. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.

5. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations.

6. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and customer records.

7. Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and conducting periodic physical counts.

8. Support the Accountant in budgeting and forecasting activities.

9. Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies or inquiries.

10. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Prior experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role preferred.

3. MUST BE Proficient in using accounting software , XERO and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

7. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Familiarity with FnB industry and related financial processes is a plus.

10. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
