Within this role, you'll be trained to recognize a variety of fl avors and diff erentsensations within diff erent types of products. You’ll be part of an expert groupdescribing market products from diff erent Asia countries as well as new products to belaunched. Finally, you’ll be a key player contributing to our fl avour business and havethe opportunity to discover further the wonderful world of senses!

Other information to take note:

• Fixed working hours from 2 - 5pm
• (Afternoon Panel Session) on part time workingarrangements
• Able to attend 3 sessions a week (Tuesdays - Thursdays)
• To be able to follow through the entire project process.

The Position:

• Evaluate a variety of food and beverage products and identify, describe, and define their sensory properties using your senses and different evaluation methods
• Documenting, sharing opinions, observations, and descriptions based on a specific set of guidelines and instructions

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to articulate yourselves and communicate in English
• Able to perform basic operations on computers (basic browser navigation) with IT literacy
• Non-smoker
• No food allergies / intolerances or dietary restrictions
• Able to commit to working hours
• Able to commit to the working schedule for at least 1 year
• Prior experience in similar roles would be beneficial, but no experience is requiredas training will be provided
• The candidate should not be working with other Flavor & Fragrances or FMCG companies or its related industries

Warehouse Assistant (F&B), Singapore

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for warehousing activities including loading and unloading, sampling of incoming materials, account physical receipt from vendors/suppliers, accurate issuance of materials to Production teams and perform timely outbound deliveries. You will assure and maintain a continuous effective support in the daily warehousing, production and supply chain operation, implicating the support to the production output.

The Position:

• Perform and account for physical receipt of materials from vendors/ suppliers.
• Perform sampling of incoming materials and put away to designated storage.
• Carry out timely and accurate issuance of materials to productions as required.
• Liaise operation between productions and warehouse/ 3PL.
• Liaise with other departments as and when required.
• Prepare and execute timely outbound deliveries.
• Ensure and carry out timely and accurate system inventory transactions.
• Compliance of rules and regulations stated by the organization. (e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO90001, ISO140001, ISO180001& other Company Policies)
• Perform periodic cycle count/ stock take.
• Maintain good housekeeping and good workplace safety awareness.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least a GCE N/O Level with minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant industry.
• Possess a valid forklift licence and Class 3 driving licence
• Able to lift heavy load up to 25kg and comfortable working in a strong smelling environment
• Proficient in SAP
• Willing to work on shifts and overtime when required
• A team player, independent and meticulous.
