Admin Duties for WSQ Operations
- Create and upload course runs in the Training Partner Gateway (TPG) portal.
- Create sessions under the different course runs in TPG portal according to our timetables.
- Verify all the entries for the new students’ particulars and upload them into the course enrolment session under TPG.
- Check status of all the course runs/sessions & enrolment creations under TPG notification session and follow up accordingly.
- Monitor attendance for all the students registered under TPG.
- Coordinate with relevant course coordinators for any changes to the course runs and sessions.
- Submit and upload assessment results for all participants under the Registered Training Provider (RTP) programmes.
- Download all the Statement of Attainments (SOAs) for the various RTP programmes.
- Handle all administrative and logistic matters pertaining to TPG.
- Undertake all TPG related trainings initiated by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
- Provide support in setting up the Student Management System.
- Provide administrative support for Resource Planning & Assessment (RPA) if needed.
- Assist the Planning and Compliance Team for the purposes of document submission and audits.
- Plan and manage the operations of programmes for WSQ and Non-WSQ courses;
- To propose and implement marketing action and sales plans to achieve organisational objectives and sales targets for designated market segments.
- To develop new business opportunity with current and new clients.
- To attend to customer's enquiries/ feedback and follow up with after sales service.
- To co-ordinate activities to ensure successful programme implementation and delivery.
- To assist with data collection and preparation of reports.
- To ensure timely submission of information on the TMS portal and processing of trainee applications.
- To ensure compliance to requirements stipulated by the relevant agencies, which include but not limited to SSG, WSG and PDPA. Such requirements include timely submission of attendance, results, proper documentations such as proposals, contract agreement course applications, meeting minutes/reports with clients.
- Review and improve work processes;
- Any other tasks, reasonable and within the scope of the appointment, as and when assigned by management.
Admin duties for Accounts Support
- 5 days work week (8.30am - 6.15pm)
- Manage accounts documentation, filing and record-keeping
- Follow up and respond to client's enquiries
- Send reminders and contact clients for follow up on payments
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be delegated from time to time by management
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Well organized and proactive
- Pleasant and approachable disposition with good communication and mature working attitude
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Have computer knowledge and have at least 1-2years of working experience
- Team Player
- Able to start work immediately
