Key Responsibilities:

• Download bank statements.
• Record and update cash books.
• Coordinate, check, and prepare site claims.
• Maintain subcontractors’ payment lists for the Contracts department.
• Prepare payments according to payment schedules and credit terms.
• Liaise with banks for administrative tasks and online applications.
• Perform other assignments, projects, and analyses as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in UBS accounting software and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under tight deadlines.

· Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues

· Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities

· Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project

· Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule

· Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTOResponsibilities:

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)

· Minimum 5 years’ of precast experience in commercial and condo building projects

· Require relevant qualification i.e. Dip / Degree in Building / QS recognised by SISV

· Assist in tenders e.g. preparing documents for calling of quotations , replying subcontractor’s queries, compare quotations , compiling for submissions , urgent measurements etc

· Arrangement of payments to subcontractors , managing of work allocation to subcontractors

· Perform site visits, assessments and projections for future work

· Experience in closing account and awarding subcontractors preferred.

· Able to write and converse reasonably well in English and Mandarin
