The individual will play a critical role to manage the Club’s helpdesk , providing a friendly and delightful experience to members, guests, patrons and public.
Job Roles :
1) Perform reception duties
2) Manage all queries / requests at Front Reception Desk
3) Ensure auto acknowledgement of requests received is paired with a ‘ticket’ number
4) Sieve and distribute requests to respective departments for handling / follow up
5) Manual log in of requests received outside of system, i.e. phone or email or walk-in
6) Monitor requests status
7) Send chaser on ‘open’ cases to respective departments
8) Ensure reception front is clean and presentable
9) Report any abnormalities happening at lobby. Log requests to respective depts for follow up, if needed
10) Handle mails distribution
11) Other ad-hoc assignment for skills development
Requirements :
- Able to speak clearly and confidently
- Friendly with patience and customer service traits
- Possess administration skills
- Able work on shift hours and weekends
