Newly created role for a stable secretarial team for one of the leading internal law firms in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Working alongside a secretarial team, you will support fee earners in administrative and executive matters. There will also be active involvement in managing invoicing work to ensure fee charges for the department is in order.
Legal Administrative scope would involve documentation, basic searches and drafting of engagement letters etc.
Requirements
The company welcome candidates with some years of offshore law firm experience in a legal secretary position. The ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholders is valued for this role.
