Job description:
1. Handles partial set of accounts receivable section
2. Create invoices, generate statement of accounts and send to clients
3. Follow up remittance and outstanding payments with clients
4. Prepare all account receivables reports monthly submission for example: Aging report
5. Monthly and Yearly salary computation
6. Yearly submission of AIS
7. Handle Recruitment job posting in various platforms
8. HR duties included work pass application, course arrangement, and internship application
9. Ad-hoc administrative duties for example: purchasing office items supplies, documentation and filing etc
Requirements:
1. 1 to 2 years in working partial sets jobs scope in accounts receivable section and HR duties
2. Diploma holder and above
3. Flexible and willing to explore and learn new things
4. Proficient in Microsoft office and standard accounting system
5. Remuneration payout will base on working experience
6. Junior Executive
