Job Responsibilities:
· Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company’s food or beverage operation by rotating to different positions
· Maximizing sales and profitability of outlets
· Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
· Ensure new employees are trained properly
· Follow up on the training progress of employees
· Ensure compliance in all areas, Company policies and procedures
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
