Job Descriptions:
* Configure and troubleshoot issues related to windows desktop, notebooks, printers, Applications and PC peripherals.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, operating system, software and application problems relating to desktops, notebooks, printers, and PC.
* Perform desktop patch update according to existing process.
* Install/ Remove computer software and applications.
* Maintain stock for Hardware and Peripherals where necessary.
* Ensure positive customer experience through end user IT support.
* Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Skillset Required:
*Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
*Basic IP networking
*Familiar with Office 365 Platform
*Helpdesk ticketing tools such as Servicenow
Other Requirements:
* Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
* Minimum of 2 years experience
