Job Descriptions

• Oversee and supervise all landscaping works within the works area
• Able to prepare detailed tree risk assessment, tree health, physiology, and structure
• Liase with officers / management agents with regards to work arrangements, site inspections, meetings, feedback, complaints or any other matters
• Conduct tree inspections
• Plan & prepare tree maintenance schedule
• Supervise to ensure correct tree pruning and cutting methods & adhere to safety procedures, protocol and guidelines
• Able to recommend mitigation measures and tree protections
• To do arborist report as and when required
• Work in a diverse working environment
• Handle adhoc work request beyond normal working hours

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Horticulture/ Landscape Management or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management and Arborist certification from International Society of Arboriculture (ISA)
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in horticultural and landscape project/maintenance in Singapore.
• Possess a minimum class 3 license (Preferably)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good team player, proactive and independent.

· Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions

· Assist in payroll related matters

· Manage and handle employee’s records in the database system

· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance

· Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding

· Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters

· Manage E-leave & E-attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance

· Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.

· Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

· Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

· Assist and provide support for License Renewal

· Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

• Handle incoming calls & general administrative work such as HR administrative works, License renewal and documentations etc
• Issue invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and arrange for delivery
• Ensure accurate data entry into system
• Check in-coming suppliers’ invoices
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Responsible to deploy manpower for daily landscape maintenance duties and attend to urgent cases when necessary.

- Responsible to keep track and schedule for daily landscape maintenance accordingly and understand the quality of duties required by the Superior.

- Able to handle machinery and equipment such as hedge trimmers, chainsaws, long arm pruner, blower, etc.

- In charge and understand the safety requirements when working outside and inside working areas.

- Able to demonstrate the basic knowledge in Horticulture Maintenance such as proper pruning methods for shrubs and trees,daily maintenance duties which include watering, fertilizing, weeding, mulching, planting, plant removal etc, protect trees and plants from diseases and insect infestations and planting works.

- Prepare paper works

- Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

- 6 days work week

- Minimum 2 years of experience

- Able to work in fast pace environment and at outdoors

- Possess mimimum class 3 driving license

- Possess WSQ Landscape Operation Certificates and WSQ Courses for Supervisors (Level 3)
