Kids Edutainment is a subsidiary of the Sim Leisure Group. Sim Leisure Group is a well-established designer, developer and operator of theme parks listed on the Singapore Exchange. The Group’s founder, Dato' Sim Choo Kheng, has more than 30 years of experience in the theme park and attractions industry, having designed, built and managed theme parks around the world.
Role Description
This is a full time on-site role as an Retail Crew at KidZania Singapore. As an Retail Crew, you will be responsible of the store's inventory, as well as regular stock taking and sales report.
• Operate the retail facilities in the park, including the merchandise store and food and beverage outlet.
• Serving consumers and processing sales transactions.
• Ensure that products are spotless, prepared, organised, and presentable.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness at all times.
• Receive deliveries and conduct stock counts.
• Perform daily opening and closing of outlets with promptness.
• Maintain the stock level at par.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales service.
• Welcome and greet customers.
• Responsible for daily cashiering and money management, as well as timely submission of sales reports
• To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure’s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as allocated by the Management at all times
Qualifications
• Candidate must possess qualification in Diploma, Degree or equivalent
• Willing to work with a flexible schedule, including public holidays and weekends
• Familiar with POS system and good numerical skills
• Ability to work well in a team with an outgoing and fun personality
• Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the entertainment or theme park industry is a plus
• Able to demonstrate excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
