Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc
Oversee the financial aspects of the branch, including budgeting, expense management, and profit optimization.
Manage service crew duty rosters and performance, and develop training plans to ensure service excellence.
Manage inventory levels, ensure timely ordering of supplies, and maintain product standards to prevent wastage and stockouts.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or spa industry.
A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and senior management.
