About the role: This is an internal role within Kingsforce. The successful candidate will work together with a team of Recruitment Consultants in developing and maintaining new business from clients and performing the full recruitment cycle for the best candidates in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect new business through business development and initiating different sales and marketing approaches

About you:

• Tertiary level qualifications in any field.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment industry or Business Development.
• Preferably holding a CEI certificate from MOM (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries.
• Passion for sales and relates well with people at all levels
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone, and performing business development work.

About the role:

• Work as owner’s engineer to lead the electrical team in project implementation at site.
• Proactive attitude and solution-orientated personality with leadership mentality and for the electrical discipline, assisting project director in the contract execution.
• Strong capability and experience on 66kV, 10.5kV, 6.6kV and LV related power distribution equipment.
• Good understanding of industrial MV/LV cabling installation and commissioning requirement.
• Experience in large power transformers, generator circuit breakers, MV switchgear, protections and control equipment, MCC and UPS and DC system is expected.
• Having good understanding and interpretation of SLD, protection and metering SLD, schematics and cabling drawings.
• Able to understand P&ID drawings and layout drawings.
• Possessing strong analytical capability to resolve technical issues proactively
• In-depth of understanding of electrical power automation for electrification of WtE project would be an added merit.

About the role:

· Assist Resident Engineers in daily close supervision and coordination duties on Building Services (Mechanical and Electrical)

· Inspect and supervise Contractors’ works and tests to Approved Drawings and Specifications

· Keep quality records of all works, monitor and report on work progress

· Responsible for the consistency of quality assurance inspections and testing for works

· Coordinate with Contractors and Owner on execution of works

· Report to Mechanical Lead for BS Mechanical work and Electrical Lead for BS Electrical work.

About you:

· Proficient with MS Office

· Familiarity with BIM software (Revit) is an advantage

About the role:

• Report to the Chief Resident Engineer (CRE) and assist with coordination and interfacing matters with contractors on site.
• Focus on inter-disciplinary construction management by assisting the CRE in coordinating the existing team of discipline Lead Resident Engineers, including liaising with the in-house Engineering Design Manager (EDM) on any outstanding design issues affecting immediate construction activities.
• Lead and coordinate construction work interfaces between contractors, including managing tie-ins and collaborating closely with the counterpart Interface Manager.
• Organize interface meetings between various contractors to facilitate resolution of coordination and tie-in point issues.
• Work with the BIM Manager to set up interface BIM walkthrough sessions as needed with the contractors.
• Provide project delivery planning updates on interfacing and tie-in points, specifically addressing MEICA issues given the project's current stage.
• Coordinate and expedite urgent RFA/RFI submissions regarding interfacing matters, particularly between EPC1 and EPC2.
• Attend site meetings as required by the CRE and work internally to resolve technical issues with contractors concerning interfacing matters, with a specific emphasis on MEICA issues.
• Participate in and follow up on interface and coordination matters arising from Weekly Progress Meetings, MEICA Erection Meetings, Contractors Interface Meetings, BIM Review Meetings, and other relevant sessions, ensuring coordinated completion of the works leading into the Testing and Commissioning phase of the project.

About you:

• A relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in design coordination, MEICA interface management, and construction of large infrastructure and/or industrial projects, waste to energy plants, power plant projects, or waste/water management projects in Singapore is preferred but overseas/international experience will also be considered as relevant for a multidisciplinary experienced candidate.

• Participate in HAZOP review, SIL safety and design for safety workshops
