Job Description
Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations of the finance team in directly the full spectrum of the accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate statutory, monthly management reporting
Monitor all receivables and payables balances, including ageing analysis
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and audit schedule
Prepare and maintain periodic cash flow forecast
Audit – Work alongside company’s auditor for statutory annual audit
GST – Submission of quarterly GST return to IRAS
Knowledge of full set is an added advantage
Requirements:
Must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years working experiences
Meticulous
Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Prior experience in FMCG businesses is an added advantage
Knowledge of Accounting Software Navision, Oracle Netsuite or Xero is an added advantage
