Job Summary
We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious Strategic Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will play an instrumental role in developing and expanding our global footprint and significantly contribute to achieving the business and revenue targets for the team.
A Day in the Life:
- Develop and implement sales and plans to meet revenue goals.
- Provide strategic plans to increase market shares and focus on immediate results
- Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases globally.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
- Build a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
- Prepare regular reports and conduct periodic meetings to review performance.
- Analyse market trends and competitors' activities.
- Expand the supply chain with the objective of reducing project costs and improve workmanship.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties
What We Are Looking For:
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Quantity Survey or related field of study
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in retail and corporate office interiors
- Project management experience across a range of disciplines, contract and procurement
- Strong leadership, organisation and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure of meeting timelines
- Self-motivated and results oriented
