Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations.
- Provide estimating cost and implement Contract administration for renovation projects.
- Coordinate with project team for the cost estimation for any additional works.
- Ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation.
- Submit accurate cost and time implications to client.
Requirements
- Experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Quantity Surveyor
- Preferably specialized in Interior Design or equivalent
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectations
- Knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is a must (To liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
