We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. As the Assistant Manager Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's strategic goals and growth objectives. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building a strong talent pipeline, and high volumes of recruitment across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, making offers, time to hire and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates from various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders and respective human resources business partners in the APAC region to understand the hiring needs, provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices, and deliver a high level of service.
- Take ownership and maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback, regardless of hiring outcome.
Talent Pipeline
- Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline of qualified candidates in the APAC region, ensuring a steady flow of potential hires for various positions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring practices in the APAC region to advise stakeholders on market dynamics and potential talent opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, preferably within a recruitment agency.
- In-depth knowledge of various recruitment techniques, including direct sourcing, online recruiting, and networking strategies.
- Experience in building and managing a talent pipeline for diverse roles and functions.
- Experience in handling high volumes of recruitment assignments and able to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills to identify top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages commonly used in the APAC region is advantageous.
