Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing and delivering WSQ-accredited and non-WSQ training programmes to enrolled trainees under the organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Early Childhood Education
• ACEY or HCIC certified
• ACLP/ACTA Certified
• Relevant working experiences with infants/toddlers
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in the Early Childhood field
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in the Early Childhood field
• Experience in training is preferred.
• Bilingual of English and Chinese languages in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Implement marketing campaigns and ensure proper execution of these activities

2) Support and execute all marketing activities to support Sales Team to achieve set targets

3) Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies that will help achieve set targets

4) Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, below the line and above the line advertising etc.), and promotional events

5) Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitors

6) Keep close contact with customer bases to assess latest customer trends and behaviors

7) Copywrite contents for marketing campaigns

8) Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities

9) Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors in the development and delivery of marketing tools and collaterals

10) Track performance of the marketing campaigns using various metrics

11) Compile and analyze data collected from the marketing campaigns

12) Collaborate with reporting HOD in preparing budgets and monitoring of marketing expenses

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline

• At least 3 years of marketing experience

• Good track record of delivering effective marketing communication campaigns

• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM), Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus

• Familiarity with social media and web analytics

Daily Operations for admission matter in RO:

• Check entry criteria and all application documents submitted for adherence to admission

• Verify educational qualifications and other application documents

• Check funding eligibility for each application

• Apply and renew Student’s Pass (STP) for international students and process appeal cases

• Maintain STP record and report by the STP expiry date

• Generate Letter of Offer (LOO) and Standard Student Contract (SSC)

• Ensure student registration data accuracy in Student Profile, Student Management System and Learning Management System

• Ensure student enrolment and completion in ONE@ECDA

• FPS and Student Medical Insurance Management

Transcripts and Records:

• Organize and administer the records, registration, and graduation eligibility for all students.

• Maintain longitudinal data of all students, including the list of graduates in each class, as well as entry and exit data

• Obtain academic records from previous schools

• Prepare certificates and transcripts for students

• Respond to all transcript’s requests from current and alumni

Additional Role:

Partnerships and stakeholder management

· Maintain direct communications with external stakeholders (e.g. childcare operators, families, caregivers, community partners and commercial partners) to support students and/or school initiatives

· Work in partnership with operators to support programme development to achieve positive pre-school outcomes.

Organization management and development

· Manage daily administrative tasks (e.g. track attendance, collect forms, update families/caregivers.)

Requirements

· Degree in any discipline or Diploma in Autism, Education or Special Education.

· Relevant experience in teaching special needs children.

· Passionate about each child personal growth and open to new and innovative methods of teaching.

· Able to work in a team with social workers, therapist and other teaching colleagues.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

To ensure all training grant and salary support claims are submitted according to the stipulated timeframe and to provide operational support.

• Assist in the preparation of Course Fee Grant submission and manage claims records/receipts.

• Maintain updated Funding Schedules and Subsidy Debtors Listing for effective grant monitoring.

• Monitor Fee Billing and Invoice Payment Due Listing.

• Review and verify student data and necessary documentation required.

• Perform filing and archiving of students’ claim documents and records.

• Gather data from internal systems and external sources according to specific data needs.

• Update grant payment status and ensure the disbursed amount is keyed into AIMS promptly.
