- Sweeping of Dead Leaves and Rubbish:

Regularly sweep away dead leaves and other rubbish to ensure a clean and tidy environment.

- Trimming of Hedges:

Trim hedges to maintain their shape

- Cleaning Drains:

Perform routine cleaning of drains to prevent blockages and ensure proper drainage during rainy weather.

- Ad-Hoc Duties:

Assist with additional tasks as necessary.

Proficiency in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and general maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot and fix a wide range of facility issues.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, often involving lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Ensuring that repairs and installations are done properly, and to a high standard.

Ability to prioritize tasks and complete jobs efficiently.

Strong communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs.

Knowledge of proper safety protocols when performing repairs or using tools

This role involves ensuring the efficiency, safety and compliance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, elevators and other mechanical infrastructure.

Plan, manage, inspect, compile service reports for routine maintenance for M&E systems

Prepare quotation via schedule of rates for any repairs or new works

Attend to fault calls for emergency/ critical M&E systems

Provide support in project works

Attend meetings as arranged by superior

Required to make frequent site visits to government sites (this is not a desk bound job)

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all classroom building areas.

Dust and clean office furniture, workstations, meeting rooms and etc.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures, surfaces, and floors are spotless.

Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in the appropriate manner.

Replenish office supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) as needed.

Clean pantry including wiping down countertops, appliances.

Clean windows and glass doors to ensure they are free of smudges and fingerprints.

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked, organized, and in good working condition.

Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed (e.g., broken fixtures, plumbing problems).

Ensure safety standards are met by using appropriate cleaning chemicals and tools.

Maintain a regular cleaning schedule for all classroom areas, adapting to special cleaning needs as required.

Follow all company policies and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements:

Workplace location: Clementi area

Able to work in the early mornings till evenings.

Proven experience as cleaner or in a similar cleaning role is a plus.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.

Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
