The Role: The Candidate will be responsible to grow the recruitment and executive search business of KNR and manage the Key Accounts.w
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Acquiring New Clients from the South East Asian countries namely Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia & Philippines.
- Enable as the Key SPOC and take up Key Account Management for global clients.
- Client Servicing & Farming more business from existing clients globally.
- Prepare business and financial proposals and timelines as per the scope.
- Hold meetings with Senior HR Professionals and CxOs, understand client requirements, conduct preliminary market research and discuss findings with senior associates.
- Developing & Harnessing the Key Relationships with Heads/CxOs in target organizations for new business development.
- Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the manager.
- Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contracts with the client.
- Responsible for maintaining invoicing and collections.
- Interfacing with clients and cultivating healthy corporate relations with them to secure repeat business.
