Duties & Key Responsibilities

1.Project Planning

• Understanding Project deliverables and requirements.
• Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within schedule.
• Communication with project owner team for coordination.
• Preparing all documentation and drawings according to specifications for submission to client.
• Identify Engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented.
• Utilize Project Management Tools for implementation.
• Knowledge of QEHS Policy.

2. Project Implementation

• Attend meetings.
• Site coordination with 3rd parties on site.
• Monitor and controls the distribution of all project documents & records.
• Maintain all detailed records of all dates, drawing, documents and correspondence related to projects.
• Ensure scheduling remains on track.
• Monitor and update site installation work progress.
• Coordinate on technical, quality and application matters with Product management and factory testing.
• Tracking equipment delivery schedule.

3. Testing & Commissioning

• Arrange and coordinate schedule for Internal Engineering Vendors.
• Preparing and coordination for site testing and commissioning with Owners.
• Perform project closing with hand over.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of financial statements under SFRS.
• Perform periodical closing and reporting activities for projects recognized as Percentage of work completion, cashflow forecast and analytical review for variations.
• Evaluate and participate in development and implementation of internal control systems to comply with group guidelines and operation of accounting related processes to drive the continuous process of improvement.
• Support compliance with statutory and governmental regulations for local and overseas offices
• Manage and assist external and internal audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with various government agencies in returns and survey forms.
• Participate in new initiatives on financial projects request by HQ Controlling office.
• Assist in office administration functions and other ad-hoc assignments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of reporting standards and regulations
• Analytical mindset to recognize issues within processes
• Posses good people management (internal and external) and problem-solving skills
• Accountable for the performance of team members (2~3)

Education and experiences

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualitifcations (CPA/CA)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with audit firms

• Define specifications and scope of work to contractors.

• Start up, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of machines.

• Responsible for Single Line Drawing, Control Schematic drawings, and programming of PLC/HMI

• Execute project in a timely manner.

• Preparation and support installation team.

• Willing to travel and work on overseas projects.

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experiences in automation.

• Programming knowledge and experience on Siemens PLC and WinCC.

• Knowledge in design of control panels.

• Knowledge on control, schematics, motor controls and materials take off.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.

• Able to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines/vision.

• Able to take on ownership of tasked jobs.
