Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze the financial status of Komico Singapore and prepare comprehensive financial reports for submission to HQ in Korea.
- Liaise with Korean accountants, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and reporting processes.
- Follow up and update Korean HQ and auditors with requested financial information and documentation.
- Manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with both Singapore and Korean financial regulations.
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
Required / Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the Korean language is required due to the role’s need to liaise with Korean stakeholders and auditors.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Korean MNC financial law, including compliance requirements and reporting standards.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing financial teams or operations.
