Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other business partners
Grow revenue contribution from key accounts through various sales and pricing strategies
Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly
Conduct analysis on sales data and keep up to date with market trends and consumer behaviour to benefit sales development
Develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and a positive return on investment.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and the Company's policies
Work closely with the marketing department to coordinate sales and marketing efforts, including promotions, advertising, and customer engagement activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
At least 7 years of experience in airline sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate, good leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams
Ability to analyse market data, sales data, and pricing to make informed decisions
