In this newly created role, we are seeking an experienced CEO & Board Practice Manager to help us drive our practice across the Asia Pacific region.
Our CEO & Board Practice helps our clients create impact with a particular focus on supporting them to both Perform and Transform so they can be regional and global leaders in their chosen fields. Our team is global, and our clients value the commitment and care we deliver to the organisation’s goals, development and success of the leaders and teams we work with.
Because of this, we have long-standing client relationships, where we do the work with them and not to them, and we are ready to scale our approach and the way of engaging clients across a broader community of practitioners in Korn Ferry and a broader set of clients.
Our CEO & Board Practice Manager has a critical role to play as a facilitator and catalyst for our next stage of impact and working alongside Regional Practice Leader and working with the Global Practice Manager.
This role will focus on these key areas:
- Help us build a CEO & Board Practice Community across the Asia Pacific region, scaling through our people and teams
- Develop and drive Capability across all our teams
- Partner with our CEO & Board Practice APAC Leader to continue to build and develop our CEO & Board Practice financial goals
- Enabling the ability to win profitable business, increasing our win rate and identifying the significant opportunities with our teams.
- To contribute to and influence our global CEO and Board practice

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Identify client and market trends, collate and distribute research/analysis and participate in methodology development activities to contribute to internal CEO & Board practice development
- Typically, a relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus (+8 years) relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR function. Alternatively, significant work experience (+10 years) in a top tier professional services firm.
- Is recognised as a go-to person in a defined ‘major’ discipline and is able to scope, design and deliver non-standard solutions to meet client needs. Able to lead core service line work activities with large, complex and/or important clients.
- Has an in-depth understanding of clients/industries supported and apply business offerings at the senior level
