Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inbound and outbound interactions with potential customers and partners in order to generate sales and increase revenue for the company. The Inside Sales Representative will work from our office, generating qualified leads, following up on sales opportunities, and closing deals. This is a high-energy position that requires a competitive, results-driven individual who is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, adhering to scripts and company guidelines
- Generate leads and identify opportunities for sales and partners
- Answer enquiries from customers and ENGAGE Platinum, Gold partners and Accredited Distributors
- Provide product and service information and upsell them to customers
- Schedule appointments and demos for end customers to meet with sales representatives and partners
- Maintain and update customer information in the company database
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks related to customer accounts
- Always maintain a positive attitude and be a team player

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred
- Proven track record in sales, with telesales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to persuade and influence others in order to achieve sales goals
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask, particularly with inbound and outbound calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (Salesforce) software
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
