-Ability to manage and process files independently;
-Handle fulll range of conveyacing matters for sale, purchase,mortgages, transfer, leases, redemption, refinancing etc.;
-Meticulous and organised with the ability to multi-task;
-Able to assist the conveyancing lawyers;
-Minimum 1 year relevant conveyancing working experience with the law firm;
