Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked.
2. Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
3. Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned.
4. Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes.
5. Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager.
6. Able to produce shop drawing as per schedule.
7. Understand the construction / Shop drawings presentation and relevant requirements.
8. Need to attend site meeting & coordination meeting on site.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least ITE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BIM MEP or Equalant.
2. Candidates shall have relevant experience in Singapore.
3. Preferably have working experience in Fire Protection Services.
4. Min 10 years experience in M&E including Fire Protection system Design with using drafting and design software, AutoCAD, Revit MEP (BIM) etc.,
5. Familiar with latest Fire code.
6. Able to propose solutions to the discrepancies.
7. Able to start work immediately.
