Full-Time Service Crew

Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of the bakeshop, including store administration and customer services.
- Deliver excellent customer services.
- Manage orders and coordinate with the kitchen on daily production.
- Handle customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in working as service staff and store operations of at least one year
- Knowledge in coffee making is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for baked goods and a desire to learn about our products.
- Have passion to deliver excellent customer services.
- Work knowledge of MS Office to facilitate planning.
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays, on a rotating shift basis.
- Willing to learn new things and build our company future together!
