Job Description:

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues (including software, hardware, systems, networks, printers and scanners).
• Support all IT infrastructure and operations within the company, while ensuring the security and privacy of networks.
• Manage vendors on IT matters such as issue escalation and projects.
• Provide support in the operation of all technologies including office networks.
• Setting up and maintaining of equipment
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Establish and ensure proper IT asset tracking including hardware and software licenses.
• Maintain IT Systems, inventory, and infrastructure documentation.
• To assist the team in all IT-related duties and activities.
• Setting up accounts for new users n management of dc
• Support HR in onboarding new joiners to set up their computers and run through an IT induction on their first day.

Job Requirements:

• High Proficiency in MS Office
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Basic understanding in TCP/IP and LAN technology
• Knowledge of Windows
• Translate business requirements, questions, problems related to innovative and effective IT solutions related to Mid-range workflow, ECM and middleware systems.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to commit to 5 work days and 1 Saturday (half-day) per month.
