SENIOR MANAGER, LICENSING OPERATIONS & DIGITAL SERVICES
[What you will be working on]
You will be in the team that oversees the vocational licensing operations and the digital services.
You will play a vital role in leading the vocational licensing operations and digital services to ensure timely processing of applications received with service excellence. You will need to drive continuous improvements in licensing processes and the digitalisation of vocational licensing services.
In addition, you will be required to develop competency of your officers as well as to plan and execute contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.
[What we are looking for]
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline
• At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in operations and management of digitalisation projects
• Knowledge or experience in leading teams, change management and strategic thinking will be an advantage
• Highly adaptable team player who is able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic and fast environment
• Self-motivated, astute, meticulous and resourceful to produce innovative solutions to address a range of policy and operational matters
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
