Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product marketing team and business partners to manage channel marketing activities from planning to execution.
• To assist channel manager by monitoring stock movement and forecast for assigned customers/counters
• To assist channel manager with organizing and planning for trade visit, trade meetings, trade presentation as well as major trade events
• To assist channel manager promotions submission and tracking of new product listing
• To generate necessary sales reports for management and able to build bottom-up sales forecast as input to budget planning both internally and externally

Position Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate customer records, managing payment collections, and ensuring seamless processing of orders and returns. The successful candidate will work across multiple channels, perfumery/wholesales, handling various administrative and accounting duties.

Principal Accountabilities:

Customer Responsibilities:

• Customer File Management: Regularly update and maintain customer files to ensure accurate and current information.
• Payment Collection: Efficiently manage and track payment collections for client, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Exchange/ Return/ Credit Note (CN) Processing: Handle all exchange, return, and credit note requests for customers.
• ETA Date Updates: Keep customers informed about the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for their orders by updating relevant information.

Perfumeries/ Wholesales Channel Responsibilities:

• Exchange/Return/Credit Note (CN) Duties: Manage exchange, return, and credit note requests for perfumeries and wholesales channels.
• Monthly SOA Statement Reports: Prepare and distribute monthly Statement of Account (SOA) reports for perfumeries and wholesales channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Accounts Receivable Collection: Collect and track payments for wholesale orders, ensuring that all accounts receivable are up to date.

Channel Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Handle order processing and ensuring accuracy.
• Price List Updates: Regularly update and maintain price lists for chain stores and perfumeries to reflect current pricing and promotions.
• Ad-Hoc Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks as needed to support assigned channels.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support for various channels, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience at least 1 year experience in customer relations, and accounts receivable management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing customer files, payment collections, and order processing.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose:

Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Senior Brand Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s product planning and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel & Retail Marketing

• Be the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation, communication, partnerships and consumer activations.
• Ensures timely and perfect execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.

Product Management

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, the Senior Finance Analyst will partner with the Business Unit Managers and support groups to provide the necessary guidelines, strategies, plans, processes and controls in the region and divisional brand P&Ls.

Responsibilities:

A. Budgeting/Forecasting & Variance Analysis

• Analyze revenue, profitability by brand/customer/channel/market with quality commentary
• Provide analytical support to cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects and cashflow forecast
• Systematic variance analysis with quality commentary/business insight to support business objectives

B. Financial Reporting

• Responsible for overall accuracy in P&L reporting during month end closing; including preparation of journals; working closely with Shared Services Team; review with Senior Business Controller
• Prepare monthly management reports & review results with management
• Lead the actualization and analysis of monthly P&L, KPI, present divisional brand P&L and highlights with recommended action plans as required

C. Business Partnering

• Serves as the primary finance business partner and controller to support business operations by partnering with business teams to meet corporate objectives and decision support
• Preparation of Cashflow actuals and projection to Group

D. Compliance

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements including audit, tax, corporate secretarial preparation/enquiries etc.
• Manage and liaison with the external auditor, tax consultants, corporate secretary, banks and other external parties
• Ensure robust process and adequate internal controls are in place

• Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience in Finance and Controlling, preferred to have some regional exposure but not required

Position Purpose:

Reporting to Senior Brand Manager / Business Manager, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the General Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s CRM, digital marketing, PR, social media, and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

You will be fully responsible for driving all marketing planning and all communications, activations of the brand within Singapore. To succeed in this role, the candidate is a strong marketing professional with a clear understanding of consumer marketing in the channel, and the communications and media landscape across Singapore, with a high sensitivity to beauty. The ideal candidate also has retail/commercial experience, and has past experience managing a full brand P&L. A strong knowledge of CRM strategy and analytics will be an added advantage.

Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Regional General Manager for Fragrance, you will work closely with country managers, local brand managers & teams regionally to drive commercial strategies and key financial KPIs for the fragrance portfolio.

Position purpose:

Reporting to our CFO, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's treasury function, including cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, and banking relationships. • Manage long- and short-term cash flow and working capital/liquidity management and debt structure

Position Purpose:

You will be overseeing LUXASIA’s portfolio of brands, and to create a compelling vision and communicate with style and charisma. Responsible for the sales mission and vision of the business unit. Key Responsibilities:

Channel & Retail Marketing

• Responsible for channel distribution growth/expansion of the brand

• Budget Management: Responsible for full P&L, including managing the A&P budget
• Responsible for all forecasting and sampling management for product launches and trade and retailer activities.
• Analyze product range, positioning strategy, pricing and promotions.
• Conduct market trend and competitor trend analysis, consumer insights and plan proactive actions.
• Responsible for the seamless execution of all product launches and trade marketing activities following the Marketing Calendar in collaboration with the marketing, sales and training team, with the aim to build brand awareness, recruit new customers, retain existing customers and increase purchase consumption. Collaborate with multiple functional teams to ensure smooth business operation.
• Business and channel sales performance tracking and analysis, launch follow-up and action plan development.
• Build a strong and sustainable partnership with brand partner.

Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)

• Build and implement marketing plan (recruitment, CRM, events and promotions)
• Ensures that customer segmentation remain up to date and relevant for each campaign
• Develops relevant and engaging brand communications behind the right product mix
• Master, improve and maximize the usage of customers information (purchase history) in developing relevant marketing programs. Defines & executes CRM analytics.
• Strategize, develop and execute CRM programs for the brand.
• Evaluates CRM campaigns against target KPIs and shares learnings.
• Work with the right partners to recruit new clients or prospective clients. Develop a yearlong strategy and calendar for recruitment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty / FMCG / luxury / consumer / retail industry preferred.

Objective of the role

1. Work closely with the markets in SEA, HK & Taiwan to implement the approved Marketing strategy for the Elizabeth Arden brand and all the licensed Brands
2. To support and assist the Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) in all areas to ensure the objectives of the Marketing Department are met.

E-Commerce

Position Purpose:

Reporting to Senior Brand Manager / Business Manager, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Key Responsibilities:

In Store Operations

• Managing the operations of all stores
• Handling manpower and operational planning to ensure the smooth management and staff productivity
• Ensuring the achievement/meeting of sales target at the respective counters
• Ascertain that visual merchandising guidelines are followed to optimize sales performance
• Making sure that stock takes are conducting regularly to ensure inventory accuracy

Customer Engagement Officer (CEO) Relations

• Ensuring that standard operations procedures (SOPs) are followed by respective staffs
• Managing of performance management and commission payout of staffs

Reporting

• Preparing, evaluating and analyzing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and inventory level to recommend and implement actions to improve sales
• Updating of sales with stakeholders

• Diploma in Business or relevant disciplines
• With at least 4 years of working experience in Retail in the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry, preferably with experience leading a team
• Good communication and inventory management skills
• Digitally savvy and results-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist brands team in developing content and participate in maintaining visual merchandising assets & projects
• To do housekeeping on brands prop & fixtures management
• Assist brands team on popup or event launches
• To liaise with contractors on events production & set-up.

• To ensure event or VM is as per Brands Bible guide.
• Having a thirst for learning about VM Operations & report best practices.
• Exhibiting a hands-on and action-oriented mindset in operational tasks.

• At least 1-2 years of relevant Visual Merchandising experience in retail.

• Diploma candidates with Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or any design-related field.
• Interested in learning and applying marketing and VM strategies behind brand-production building.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/ Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Corel Draw.
• Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRay rendering is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks

• Ability to be flexible with incoming tasks
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational & communication skills
• Comfortable in fast paced environment
