- Receive and process customers' order via email / phone/ whatsapp
- Answer phone calls & reply messages - Revert to customers' questions and enquiries via email / phone/ whatsapp.
- Assist the sales department with day-to-day sales administrative duties such as update prices and quotations into ERP system.
- Recording sample movement data whenever there are transfers of samples by sales personnels.
- Organize and maintain file and databases in a confidential manner
- Receiving delivery order and invoices and review price for accuracy
- Liaise with customer and warehouse/production department on delivery schedules based on inventory availability.
- Day to day administrative and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
· Entry level position
· Good knowledge in using ERP system.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work independently, meet deadlines and with good time management skills
· Candidate can start in short notice preferred.
