Responsibilities
- Onboarding clients for web design, development and other products
- Work with design and development teams
- Quality assurance and timeline management of projects
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
- Arranging and managing invoicing for client projects based on milestones set
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience
- Experience with UX or UI design is a plus
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
