Executive Assistant/Office Manager to our Family Office, with emphasis on daily administrative support and operational management. You will also be assisting the principal on personal lifestyle matters such as travel arrangements.

What you offer:

• At least 5-years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to C-suite level executive.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant in a family office or financial company is a plus.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and basic HR capacity (Visa applications, Insurance).
• Experienced as an office manager, overseeing day to day office operations and managing office equipment and supplies.
• Ability to adopt a proactive approach while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Principal, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
• Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining supplies, and developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
• Responsible for GST filling and accounting for annual reporting.
• Act as a communication liaison, facilitating effective communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, while also serving as a gatekeeper to the Principal, protecting his time, information and exposure.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, pertaining to all personal/family and office matters.
• Provide lifestyle support to family members, including coordinating personal appointments, travel arrangements, and assisting with household management tasks.

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Chauffeur to provide safe, and reliable transportation services for the CEO and their family. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to safety, punctuality, confidentiality, and maintaining a well-kept vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide chauffeur services to the CEO and family members, including daily school commutes for children during school terms.
• Safely drive and maintain a Mercedes sedan and Lexus MPV, ensuring vehicles are in excellent working condition.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refuelling, tire pressure checks, and vehicle cleaning.
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling personal information and family-related activities.
• Assist with various ad-hoc tasks, including household errands, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chauffeur or personal driver, with proven experience driving luxury vehicles and MPVs.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and demonstrate high levels of integrity.
• Non-smoker with a professional appearance and good physical stamina.
• Punctual and highly reliable, with strict adherence to time commitments; tardiness will not be tolerated.
• Singaporean citizen only.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, if required.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary range of SGD 3,500 to 4,500, based on experience.
• 5-day work week with 44 hours of work, starting between 7 to 9 AM depending on the CEO’s children’s school schedule, with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Overtime compensation for hours worked beyond regular working hours.
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and performance bonus.
• Location: Orchard/Tanglin area.
