The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. Responsibilities
· Understand and listen to clients' requirements to prepare tailored design proposals
· Develop creative and visually compelling designs and layouts for various projects
· Collaborate closely with external parties to ensure seamless site coordination
· Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
· Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
· Stay informed about industry trends to maintain relevance and innovation
Qualifications
· Diploma or degree in a design-related field with 2-3 years of relevant experience
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office suite; experience with other CAD suites is a plus
· Strong creative vision and excellent communication skills
· Proven ability to execute projects effectively from concept to completion
· Responsible, with a proactive and positive attitude
