Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake day to day kitchen tasks such as food preparation and cooking
- Ensure the consistency of food product and to follow SOP
- Ensure freshness and quality of food items
- Keep food wastage to minimum through correct product measurement
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and upkeep of cooking equipment
- Daily housekeeping in kitchen areas, food waste disposal
- Manage and maintain inventory
- Other job related ad-hocs duties if required
Skills/Qualification Requirement
- Relevant experience required
- Team player
- Available to work 6 Days work week, between 11am to 11pm including weekends
