General Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts, year-end closing, management reports, cash flow statements, and financial reporting with the use of XERO
- Assist with E-invoices with the use of XERO
- Assist to process claims from staffs/ external vendors with the use of HRMS software
- Handle GST submissions and manage applications and claims for government grants.
- Support minor administrative duties as when as it requires
Job Requirements:
- ACCA qualification or relevant qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in XERO accounting software
- Have a good understanding of GST regularisation and SME accounting needs and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) – to render general administration where suit or require.
- Good File-keeping skills
